A cover to eat dinner? That's worse than LA.

I'm a beer snob, and find most craft beers to either be way too bitter, watery or have some weird after taste. If it were wine you might call it "terroir", but with a beer brewed in Van Nuys I don't think "Terroir" would be appropriate.
