It will go one of two ways....either the actor's support helps the writers, or the actors will be dragged down by the writers terrible messaging and general incompetence.
Ryan Murphy is already ignoring his union and back at work. Coming off the pandemic sympathy is thin in Hollywood and by allowing SAG members who dont qualify for health care to vote (You have to make $26k a year as an actor to qualify for health care or (once you have gotten in the union/club/guild which is the hard part and costs about $3,000) you can just pay a few $100 to stay current.
So 80% of the votes are by people who don't act for a living.
