It's unfortunate Dorsey's ego won't allow him to support his creations by getting the fuck out of the way of them.

Twitter is fine and needs to not be fucked with. It needs to be governed the same way craigslist does. He has little to do with Square on a day-to-day basis.

Going to Africa for months at a time is not "ignoring your critics", it's being MIA. He maintains the titles to satisfy his insatiable ego.

Don't forget "Mr. Independent Thought" also was just as complicit in Trump as was FACEBOOK. Somehow he gets a pass on ignoring his own policies for 1 presidential term. The reason he pulled the plug when he did was to allow him to erase the evidence of Twitter's total neglect the previous 5 years. It wasn't, "because they'd had enough" or some moral argument.

And don't forget about CashApp. Which is just a circumvention of responsibility and banking regulations.

Some people can create, some can govern. Few can do both.
